About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science Analyst to join our team in Shanghai. As a Data Science Analyst, you will work closely with our data science team to analyze complex data sets, develop predictive models, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.



Key Responsibilities:



  2. Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources.
  3. Perform advanced data analysis to uncover trends and patterns.
  4. Develop and implement machine learning algorithms to solve complex problems.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design experiments and analyze results.
  6. Create data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in data science.


Requirements:



  2. Pursuing or completed degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  3. Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis techniques.
  4. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
  5. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau).
  6. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  8. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


Compensation Package:


We offer a competitive salary range of RMB 120,000 - RMB 180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
