Job Overview

ADM is seeking a highly skilled Premix Formulation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for formulating and optimizing premix products to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to support customer services and ensure optimal product application.
  • Develop and implement market strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to define product specifications and ensure they meet customer requirements.
  • Source and select raw materials and additives, and define their specifications in collaboration with the quality, regulatory, and applied research teams.
  • Support the quality team in developing and executing quality control plans for ingredients and finished products.
  • Contribute to the development of new product formulations and life cycle management.
  • Provide nutritional expertise to support product development and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Animal Nutrition, Feed Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in formulation, production, or quality control in the animal feed or pet food industry.
  • Strong motivation, team spirit, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and travel frequently within the Asia zone and abroad.
