We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Project Lead to join our team and contribute to the development of our next-generation products.
About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a highly skilled electrical engineer to work under limited supervision and collaborate with some of the world's most talented engineers.
As an Electrical Engineering Project Lead, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and validating products and processes from prototype to market.
You will be part of a group of highly committed professionals who provide expertise to ensure the success of complex engineering projects and programs.
You will also act as a mentor to more junior engineers and interact with internal and external customers to facilitate the completion of products to customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute project tasks
- Assist product and process certification
- Ensure project and product compliance
- Present to leadership and external customers
- Consult with vendors and suppliers
- Communicate non-compliance incidents
- Establish and follow methodologies
- Propose technical improvements
- Suggest enhancements to advance projects
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and possess excellent electrical engineering knowledge.
Deep understanding of electrical engineering standards and specifications is essential, as well as the ability to complete demanding assignments by applying advanced electrical engineering methods and tools.
You should also be able to influence cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions and make timely decisions while balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness in an ambiguous environment.
A strong communicator with the ability to clearly and concisely convey subtle or complex messages to a variety of audiences is required.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
