Director of Accounting Operations

We are seeking a Director of Accounting Operations at RighthirePlus, based in Suzhou. This role involves overseeing accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and financial compliance.

The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting expertise, operational efficiency, and leadership skills to ensure accurate financial processes and reporting.

• Oversee AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger operations with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with local regulations and international accounting standards.
• Manage cash flow and working capital, ensuring financial stability and efficiency.
• Drive process improvements to enhance accounting operations and financial workflows.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent preferred.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities with fluency in English and Mandarin.
