Job Title: Product Launch Manager

Logitech is seeking a highly skilled Product Launch Manager to lead the development and launch of our Personal Workspace Solutions products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the product and package development of Logitech Personal Workspace Solutions products.
  • Partner with the global marketing team, Design and engineering team to develop and launch products and packages into manufacturers.
  • Ensure deliverables, schedule, and quality meet project objectives defined in the Project Plan.
  • Plan, schedule, prioritize, and drive package structure/graphic development activities and ensure PKG tasks and activities are well managed.
  • Develop SKU plans, responsible for master package configurations and BOM creation, manage and release of packaged products.
  • Work with the Localization team at EU and AP to ensure retail configurations are translated accurately and on time delivery to meet project schedule and quality requirements.
  • Ensure the developed quality of PKG structure/graphic meets expected CXR, OOBE without major issues.
  • Early identify project risks, fully evaluate, and mitigation plan in place, also require tracking the progress till project launch to MP/OSD successful.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English communication skills in a global company is a must.
  • Has above 5 ~ 7 years of project management experience.
  • Project Management experience in consumer electronics/digital and mobile devices or accessories, and works with cross-functional teams, managing new product development.
  • Good knowledge of Project Management Standard and Methodology from project concepts stage to development and commercialization.
  • Good understanding of working with a functional team in a global environment.
  • Skills of leading and managing a technical project development till NPI to stable manufacturing.
  • Ability to develop a comprehensive project development timeline by using proper tools.
  • Good understanding of Bills of Material, as well as skills of change management.
  • Effective use of Google/MS Office applications (Spreadsheet, Word, Presentations SW) and Cloud-based applications.
