About the Role
SAP Senior Consultant - Cloud Transformation Expert

We are seeking an accomplished SAP Technology Senior Consultant to join our SAP Enterprise Cloud Services team as a Technical Service Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to support our customers in their cloud transformation journey, particularly in the adoption of SAP S/4 HANA.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer business requirements and problems to provide quality services.
  • Work across the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services and other SAP departments to resolve technical complexities.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to our customers and partners.
  • Provide comprehensive knowledge on SAP S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, methodology, and tools.
  • Experience and knowledge in SAP NetWeaver Administration, migration, and upgrades.
  • Identify top issues, define service plans, and drive implementation of identified action items across customer landscapes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, or related fields.
  • 8 years of total experience under SAP Technical Administration Background, preferably in SAP Basis skill.
  • 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with excellent command on de-escalating critical situations.
  • Hands-on experience with working knowledge of Unix/Linux flavors, SAP HANA, and Sybase databases.
  • Advanced/fluency in English and Japanese language skills.
