Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement process quality systems, including procedures and SOPs.
  2. Ensure all process activities meet quality system requirements.
  3. Manage nonconformity products and implement corrective actions.
  4. Reduce scrap and non-conforming quality (NQC) rates.
  5. Support internal and external audits, and develop quality culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Process Quality Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of IATF16949, VDA, and quality tools.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
