We provide a wide range of products and services, such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans, and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management, and private banking, tailored to meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the media manager in developing media strategies and plans according to business and overall marketing cadence, including press and industry media, OOH, digital media, social media, search engine, programmatic buy, and CPL/CPA models.
  2. Set up end-to-end campaign user journeys and monitor execution performance, optimizing in process with Data & Analytics support to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of media plans.
  3. Develop social content plans and carry out operations with agency support, integrating business priorities and marketing activities into social content plans, generating insights on reader preferences, and providing guidance on topics and creativity for high-quality content preparation.
  4. Work with the social media team and risk 2nd line of defense team to ensure consistency and compliance in HSBC's social media governance and regulatory policies.
  5. Assist the media manager in daily operations and management of media and social agencies, developing new partnerships to strategically and scientifically enhance external media communications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in marketing or a related field, with a minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experience and 3 years of experience in media planning roles.
  • Integrity, strong ownership, and great communication skills, with the ability to coordinate requests from various parties and provide high-quality deliverables.
  • Solid knowledge of the China media and social environment, with preferred working experience in luxury, retail, or financial industries with active marketing practices.
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinking to push the boundaries of the status quo.
  • Tech-savviness, always willing to explore new technologies and possibilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
