IT Infrastructure Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team at Marriott International. This is a critical role that requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills to manage and maintain our complex IT systems.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to computer software and systems, as well as providing technical guidance and recommendations to resolve business problems. They will also analyze, recommend, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer software and systems
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations to resolve business problems
• Analyze, recommend, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Manage and maintain applications programs and user accounts
• Train or instruct users in the proper use of hardware or software

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure management, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What We Offer:

Marriott International offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
