Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our team at Flowserve. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing orders from receipt to final customer acceptance, ensuring total customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage orders from receipt to final customer acceptance.
  • Coordinate all internal and external project issues in technical and commercial aspects, including order entry, order acknowledgement, project schedule setting, material receiving and issuing, notification of inspection, assembly, packing, shipment, and invoicing.
  • Communicate with customers on project schedule, status, order changes, technical deviations, and quality defects in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with finance to monitor payment collection and reduce risk of shipment and payment.
  • Ensure quality documents meet customer requirements in terms of on-time submittal and good quality.
  • Regularly review project status to ensure on-time delivery, cost control, and good quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Management.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Good time management and planning skills.
  • Proficient in assessing, analyzing, and evaluating issues and making timely decisions at multiple levels within the operation.
  • Strong understanding of effective two-way communication and demonstrated proficiency in listening skills and effective communication at all levels of the project.
  • Proficient in viewing systems, tools, and processes holistically in the analysis of project issues and development of solutions.
  • At least 5 years of working experience and at least 2 years of experience in Project Management.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office software skills, especially in Excel, Access, and Project.
  • Knowledge of Centrifugal/Vacuum pump is preferred.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
