Nike is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it. As a Visual Merchandising Strategist in the City Cluster, you will be responsible for adapting and scaling visual merchandising strategies that elevate the consumer experience across retail concept stores.
About the RoleYou will lead a high-performing team and manage cross-functional relationships to deliver strategies, plans, tools, and training on time. In partnership with your extended team, you must be connected to the retail marketplace to understand consumer, marketplace, and retail trends and insights.
Key Responsibilities:- In charge of the marketplace through consumer-led concepts in the city cluster.
- Scale and execute long and short-term Visual Merchandising strategies for city cluster-oriented plans to deliver the marketplace vision for retail concepts.
- Give input for tools by city cluster to enable territories and cities to execute the vision for stores.
- Manage product presentation-related projects for city special events, store openings, and remodels, ensuring timely completion.
- Drive visual merchandising excellence and deliver operational excellence.
- Win in key trade zones, scale to other cities, and lead, develop, and energize teams across City Clusters and stores.
To succeed in this role, you will typically require 8 years of Visual Merchandising or brand marketing experience, including at least 3-5 years of leading a high-performing team and managing cross-functional relationships.
You should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, compelling presentation skills, and fluency in oral and written English.
A agile, flexible, and creative thinker, self-motivated, and having a strong passion for making things happen are essential qualities for this role.
You should also be a team player with excellent communication and organizational skills, able to work within complex company matrices.
