Monster Designer

• Design and develop game monsters, including their skills, behaviors, and interactions with the game world and characters.
• Collaborate with art, programming, and QA teams to ensure the successful implementation of monster designs.
• Optimize and refine monster designs based on player feedback and testing results.
• Participate in product design and optimization, focusing on combat and AI-related systems.

• At least 3 years of experience in game development, preferably in open-world or MMO games.
• Proficiency in using game engines (Unity, Unreal) and editing tools for monster development.
• Passion for the gaming industry, with a deep understanding of social and action games.
• Strong focus on user experience and excellent communication skills.
