We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our platform software team at Amazon (China) Holding Company Limited. As a Technical Lead, you will play a key role in driving the delivery of complex functions and projects from a technical perspective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in building BSP software for Android-based tablet products.
  • Participate in building platform software for Amazon OS-based automotive products.
  • Lead complex features and projects delivery for tablet or automotive products.
  • Develop team technical expertise.
  • Independently design and deliver platform-level software features, including native software, HAL, and drivers.
Requirements
  • Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
  • Rich experience in Linux driver development, understanding Linux kernel driver model, and ability to write new drivers from scratch.
  • Rich experience in Android HAL (HIDL or AIDL) development.
  • Development experience on MTK or QC platform.
  • Expertise in at least two technical domains.
  • Experience in driving complex feature/project delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • Expertise in stability or performance domain is preferred.
  • Middle ware or BSP development experience in any one of the following domains: Audio, Display, Graphics, DDR, battery, and charger.
  • Android treble solution development experience will be a plus.
