本职责包括:

  • 负责客户项目的竞价投放,包括客户沟通/策略制定/执行优化/数据分析/效果复盘等;

任职资格:

  • 至少5年SEM和Performance业务4A或大型Local Agency工作经验,有过大型项目的操盘经验;
  • 精通腾讯/巨量RTB/RTA竞价机制和优化原理,熟悉多种投放目标和链路如订单转化/APP下载等,了解媒体的竞价产品/工具等;
  • 了解百度/小红书/知乎/快手/B站等平台的生态和竞价类广告的各种机制,能对其进行有效的调节和优化;
  • 良好的账户优化能力和数据挖掘能力,可以高效达成KPI并提供有深度的分析建议给到客户;
  • 良好的客户沟通服务能力与响应度,能够为客户提供专业客观的建议和回复,提升客户满意度;

此职位的报酬范围在每年50万-80万之间,具体待遇将根据您的背景和经验进行调整。
