Job Title: Senior Business Analyst (Carbon Neutrality)

At Tencent, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Shenzhen. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving our carbon neutrality strategy and contributing to the company's sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze new business models and identify potential growth opportunities related to the global decarbonization journey.
  • Provide strategic analyses and recommendations on carbon neutrality topics at the corporate and business unit level.
  • Participate in annual and quarterly business planning and reviews.
  • Facilitate the execution of key strategic initiatives across business units and functions.
Requirements:
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Outstanding academic record and work experience.
  • Management consulting or early-stage venture capital investment background is a plus.
  • Previous experience in decarbonization, climate tech, or sustainability topics is preferred.
  • Strong leadership potential and high level of integrity, dedication, and motivation.
  • Passion for the Internet and climate change topics.
  • Distinctive problem-solving skills and business sense.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in oral and written English.
