Strategic Account Manager for Medical Instruments

Drive business growth by expanding market share and exploring new customer opportunities in the medical industry.
Develop and maintain key account relationships, ensuring seamless coordination of resources to meet customer needs.
Collaborate with distributors to execute a successful Go-to-Market approach, ensuring target performance is met.
Act as a liaison between customers and cross-functional teams, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution.
Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to inform business decisions and drive innovation.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and provide expert guidance to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Adhere to company policies and guidelines, promoting a culture of compliance and integrity.
Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and provide timely reporting to stakeholders.
Perform other duties as assigned by management to support business objectives.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the medical industry.
College degree or higher, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
A background in medicine or a related field is preferred.
