Job Summary:


This position is responsible for ensuring the quality of our services and solutions. As a Business Tester, you will analyze data requirements, conduct testing activities, and communicate with stakeholders to identify issues.



Responsibilities:

  • Analyze portfolio data requirements for end-to-end test validations, creating test data strategies for client reporting
  • Conduct thorough regression testing to minimize the risk of defects in production
  • Communicate proactively with business teams and IT teams to identify issues


Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • 3-5 years of relevant financial industry experience, preferably in Investment Management or Asset Management
  • Experience in implementing large client onboardings with complex architectures and multiple teams
  • Knowledge of front office systems, such as Charles River, and exposure to Data Warehouses and Databases
  • A solid understanding of Capital markets, including Middle & Back Office, Securities, Bank Loans, and IBOR / ABOR


Benefits:


We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
