Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with analysts and associates in Guangzhou and global investment banking professionals to prepare presentation materials and participate in pitches and deals.
  • Conduct industry and product research, benchmarking, and profiling companies, as well as prepare financing models and valuation analysis.
  • Support the origination of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) assignments, divestitures, financial restructurings, and associated financing solutions.
  • Acquire in-depth understanding of client needs and the market, industry, and business environment to design customized solutions.
  • Work on a wide variety of projects with colleagues from across the world.
Requirements
  • Exceptionally qualified students from business schools.
  • Complete fluency in written and verbal English and Mandarin languages.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, as well as a good grasp of business concepts.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • High attention to detail and good multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Candidates with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
