Economics Instructor

We are seeking a highly qualified Economics Teacher to join our international high school in Foshan, Guangdong province. This is a full-time position starting from the upcoming academic year.

About the school

Our prestigious international boarding school provides comprehensive education for K-12 students, encompassing primary, middle and high school divisions. With over 4,800 students and 700 faculty members, including approximately 100 international teachers, this school is the first in China to offer a continuum of IB PYP, MYP and DP programs, as well as IGCSE, A-Level and AP courses.

Job details

• Deliver Economics courses to high school students, ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
• Prepare lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Collaborate with fellow educators to develop and enhance the school's curriculum
• Assess and monitor students' progress and provide targets for improvement
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents
• Develop supportive and safe learning environments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in the relevant subject
• Minimum of two years teaching experience
• Teaching certifications preferred
• Previous experience in an international school preferred
• Eligible to apply for a work visa
