Job Summary

This role involves working as a medical representative for our anticoagulant products in Fuzhou, China. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing company strategies, developing new business opportunities, and managing existing customer relationships.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets;
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including physicians and healthcare professionals;
• Conduct regular market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity;
• Organize and participate in marketing events, such as product launches and training sessions;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency;
• Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions;
• Provide timely feedback and insights to support business development initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or related field;
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications;
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken).

Estimated Salary Range: RMB 250,000 - RMB 350,000 per annum
