We are seeking a highly qualified Mathematics Teacher to join our international high school in Foshan, China. This is a full-time position starting from the 2023 academic year.
About the school
Our prestigious international boarding school provides comprehensive education for K-12 students, encompassing primary, middle, and high school divisions. With over 4,800 students and 700 faculty members, including approximately 100 international teachers, this school is the first in China to offer a continuum of IB PYP, MYP, and DP programs, as well as IGCSE, A-Level, and AP courses.
Job details
- Teach mathematics to high school students
- Prepare lessons and lectures, develop tutoring techniques, design and correct assessments, and write report comments
- Collaborate with co-teachers to develop and improve the school-based curriculum
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing targets to ensure all learners succeed and improve
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant subject
- Minimum of two years teaching experience
- Teaching certifications preferred
- Previous experience in an international school preferred
- Eligible to apply for a work visa
