Job Title: Leasing Strategist

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Leasing Strategist to join our team in Shanghai. As a Leasing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the road map for the geographic region, ensuring full potential in the geographic region is mapped and added to the roadmap, and securing competition is continuously mapped.

About You: You will have a Bachelor or master's degree in Real Estate, Business/Economics or similar, and at least 5 years of working experience from leasing, controlling and/or real estate, preferably within the retail industry. You will be a strategic planner with a long-term vision, and a multi-tasker with strong prioritization skills. You will also have good financial understanding and knowledge in MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create growth strategy by developing and maintaining the road map for the geographic region
  • Ensure full potential in geographic region is mapped and added to the roadmap
  • Secure competition is continuously mapped
  • Negotiate lease actions for existing stores
