Music Educator

We are ‘seeking’ a dedicated Music Teacher to join our team at an International School in Qingdao. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students in junior and senior high school, ensuring effective delivery of the Music curriculum.

Key responsibilities include:

• Instructing students in music theory, history, and performance
• Preparing engaging lessons and lectures, as well as tutoring techniques and assessments
• Collaborating with fellow teachers to deliver instruction and contribute to curriculum development
• Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback and targets for improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Music or a related field
• More than 2 years of relevant teaching experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• PGCE certificate preferred
