Warehouse Coordinator

• Regularly check customer bins and scan empty bins, organizing and uploading scanned data.
• Goods receiving and put away.
• Cooperate with customer quality inspectors to complete quality acceptance processes.
• Pick, repack, and ship parts to customer bins according to scanned data or customer needs.
• Use the company's ERP system to complete receipt and shipment processes and warehouse inventory management.
• Cooperate with Warehouse Supervisor and Customer Program Manager for supply management, safety stock management, and early warning systems.
• Communicate with customer production sites, promptly obtaining program information and solving problems flexibly.
• Perform warehouse 5S management.
• Complete other tasks in line with the company's overall goals and superior leaders' arrangements.

• Bachelor's degree or above in logistics management, supply chain management, or related majors.
• 1+ years' experience in Warehouse management, with preference given to those with experience in manufacturing enterprises, aerospace, or automotive warehousing environments.
• CET 4 or above in English with basic literacy skills.
• Proficient in MS Office software.
• Honest and reliable, with the ability to work independently.
• Effective communication skills.
• Managerial capability to support the company's future development.
