  • Evaluate available options, seek best knowledge, and make well-substantiated buy and build decisions considering total cost of ownership and ensuring an IT modern architecture and good cyber security design.
  • Ensure timely delivery of IT projects, adhering to constraints of time, budget, scope, and quality.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in IT business analysis or super user related working experience.
  • Strong communication & influencing skills in a matrix & global environment.
  • Advanced skills in business requirement elicitation, gathering, and documentation.
  • Track record of sophisticated IT solution design and implementation.
  • Proven project management skills and the ability to deliver results.
  • Fluent Mandarin and English in both writing and speaking.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Plant digitalization related working experience is a plus.
  • MES, especially AVEVA/Wonderware MES related working experience is a plus.
