About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Field Specialist to join our team in Hangzhou, working closely with various stakeholders to deliver medical expertise and strategic initiatives. This role requires strong communication skills, medical knowledge, and project management experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to build relationships and gather insights on therapeutic areas.
  • Develop and implement regional medical plans, aligning with central strategies and addressing local needs.
  • Plan and conduct advisory board meetings, KOL visits, and other regional activities.
  • Provide medical support for sales force effectiveness and internal training sessions.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Medical or Life Science; doctoral education preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of clinical practice and/or multinational pharmaceutical experience or 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Fundamental knowledge of clinical study methodology, customer-focused communication skills, and medical project management expertise.
What We Offer:

We provide a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, based on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth.
