Fuzhou VRI/OPI Interpreter

We are seeking a highly skilled Fuzhou interpreter to join our team of remote interpreters. As a Fuzhou interpreter, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between non-English and English speakers during calls.

• Provide accurate and complete interpretation of messages during calls
• Act as a liaison between Limited English Proficient and Client
• Render all messages accurately and completely, without adding, omitting, or substituting
• Provide the highest level of customer service during interpreting
• Facilitate communication between parties
• Participate in internal professional training
• Be eager to obtain new professional certifications
• Communicate and report to team leader

• Fluent in English and native in Fuzhou
• 1+ years of over-the-telephone interpretation experience
• Good knowledge of medical terminology
• Awareness of legal terminology
• International certifications in the healthcare industry
• High school diploma in native language
• High emotional intelligence and tolerance to different cultures
• High level of communication, listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills

• Dedicated high-speed, private, and secured internet connection
• Minimum download speed 10 Mbps

• Minimum Windows 10 operating system
