Compensation and Benefits Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits expert to join our team at Clarios.

As the Senior Consultant, Compensation, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation strategies that align with our business objectives. Your expertise in compensation design, implementation, and management will ensure that our total rewards programs are competitive and aligned with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with business objectives, including salary planning, merit budgeting, and incentive design
  • Conduct market analyses and surveys to benchmark compensation offerings
  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to ensure alignment with policy and business objectives
  • Provide analytical services on topics like internal and external equity cost of labor, pay trends, and recommendations on salary packages
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to achieve optimal service and cost-efficiency
  • Act as the contact point for global mobility, coordinating with the global mobility team and local HR to ensure smooth transitions for expatriates and assignees
  • Manage benefits delivery, ensuring programs are effectively communicated and utilized by employees

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in Human Resources or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of experience in compensation and benefits is required, with a strong understanding of compensation design, implementation, and management. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, with proficiency in Korean a plus.

Working Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience with all facets of broad-based compensation across one region as well as significant exposure in another region
