Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Recreation Attendant to join our team at Marriott International. As a Recreation Attendant, you will be responsible for creating a fun and relaxing atmosphere for our guests, promoting recreation activities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Encourage and recruit guests to participate in recreation activities
  • Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests
  • Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities and activities
  • Ensure the safety and welfare of guests and members by promoting rules and regulations
  • Respond to emergencies and report incidents to management
  • Clean and maintain recreational equipment and supplies
  • Process payments for recreation activities and rentals
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
