The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Room Service Manager in one of our esteemed hotels. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering exceptional guest experiences through our room service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional with a strong background in management to oversee the daily operations of our room service department. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a proven track record of success in managing teams, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Servicing as the primary point of contact for guests ordering room service, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Leading a high-performing team of servers and hosts/hostesses to ensure seamless delivery of room service orders.
- Maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in the preparation and delivery of room service meals.
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in hotel food and beverage management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to employment, health and safety, and food handling.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
