Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the month-end close process, including account reconciliations, journal postings, and allocations
  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements in accordance with IFRS/US GAAP
  • Ensuring the quality and accuracy of financial data, including reconciliations and journal entries
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies and improve process efficiency
  • Developing and maintaining financial models and reports to support business decision-making
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting and financial analysis, preferably in a multinational company or consulting firm
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-technical stakeholders
