  • Oversee the follow-up of strategic partnership agreements, including but not limited to tracking internal workflows, contract issuance and archiving, and contract reminders.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings for the sales department, ensuring smooth business operations. Prepare meeting documents and other related tasks, take meeting minutes, and follow up on outcomes.
  • Review and input all sales contract data, ensuring accuracy.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including but not limited to maintaining internal and external contact information, reimbursements, and office activities.
  • Support simple translation tasks for the sales department under departmental guidelines.
  • Manage departmental administrative and operational costs and reporting.
  • Ensure data transfer security and information safety, ensuring all relevant standard operating procedures are strictly followed by the team.
  • Manage important departmental documents, adhering strictly to company policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in training designated by the strategic alliance department, providing strong support and backup for the team.
