CNC Machinist Specialist

This CNC Milling Operator position is available at Airbus (Tianjin) Final Assembly Company Limited.

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup and operate CNC milling centers to produce high-precision metal components.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials processed, and any changes made to programs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize production processes and resolve issues.
• Develop and implement visual work instructions for machining operations.
• Train and instruct skilled personnel on CNC machine setup and operation.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CNC machinist with a strong background in mechanical automation and computer skills.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or above with a major in mechanical automation or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CNC machine controls and programming languages.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
