Job Description

The HR Specialist will be responsible for a variety of human resources programs and policies, including organizational development, employee and labor relations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, training, safety, or personnel research. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop, implement, and evaluate programs, providing advice and recommendations to management.

The role may involve working with external vendors to develop, administer, and/or evaluate programs, ensuring that they meet our high standards for quality and excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field;
  • at least 3 years of experience in a human resources role;
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks;
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
