About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Lead Athlete. As a Lead Athlete, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced customer service skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drive sales.
  • Build the bond between consumer and brand by providing the highest level of service and adapting brand stories to the retail setting.
  • Maintain knowledge of all store departments and be able to perform all activities of associates in addition to handling more complex transactions or customer service situations.
  • Serve as expert in one or more areas or functions (S&R, Cashiering, Sales).
  • Assist Managers (Coaches, Assistant Head Coaches and/or Head Coaches) in conducting formal onboarding and training programs for associates (Athletes).
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a college degree or above, and at least 4+ years of relevant experience. You should be able to provide exceptional customer service, work well in a team environment, and be able to adapt to a fast-paced retail setting.
