Job Title: English Teacher and Primary School Teacher

CGC is seeking a highly qualified and experienced English Teacher and Primary School Teacher to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching and Lesson Planning: Prepare and deliver engaging lessons to students in a range of classes, utilizing the IB framework to ensure a comprehensive and well-rounded education.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Mark student work, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of student progress and development.
  • Curriculum Development: Research new topic areas, stay up-to-date with subject knowledge, and develop new curriculum materials to support student learning.
  • Examination Preparation: Prepare students for external examinations, ensuring they are well-prepared and confident in their abilities.
  • Classroom Management: Manage student behavior in the classroom and on school premises, applying effective measures to promote a positive and respectful learning environment.
  • Pastoral Care: Provide individual support to students, addressing academic or personal difficulties and promoting their overall well-being.
Requirements:
  • Experience: More than two years of relevant teaching experience.
  • Qualifications: Postgraduate Degree in Education or related teaching experience, and a teaching license recognized by the home country's education ministry.
  • Curriculum Knowledge: Familiarity with the IB MYP curriculum.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with students, colleagues, and parents.
Benefits:
  • Salary: Monthly salary of 30,000 to 35,000 RMB before tax, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
