Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Marketing Professional to join our team at Somfy. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and enhance brand awareness.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in marketing and product management, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC, and SEM. You will be responsible for maintaining a strong brand presence across online and offline channels, executing channel-specific marketing initiatives, and managing marketing budgets and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement multi-brand marketing plans aimed at promoting products and services to target audiences
  • Contribute and execute channel-specific marketing initiatives to retain customers and build loyalty
  • Maintain a strong brand presence across online and offline channels through organic traffic and paid campaigns
  • Define digital marketing strategies and execute them in collaboration with the BA Digital Marketing Manager
  • Manage marketing budgets and external agencies
  • Track and improve marketing performance (ROI) ensuring results are achieved at the right level of efficiency

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • University graduates in Business Administration or any related discipline
  • 5-10 years of 360-degree marketing and product experience
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge in key areas of digital marketing
  • Excellent communication, analysis, and project management skills
  • Average skills in Google Analytics, Social Media, CMS, PhotoShop, etc.
  • Understanding of B2B and B2C distribution channels
  • Experience in building materials and technology industry is an advantage

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities.
