Job Overview

This role requires a highly skilled Aerospace Maintenance Specialist to provide safe and efficient routine and non-routine maintenance to FedEx aircraft under minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of FAA regulations and FedEx policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair aircraft in accordance with manufacturer's specifications and FAA regulations.
  • Perform routine and non-routine maintenance tasks as required.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets company standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • A current Federal Aviation Administration Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
  • Four years of Aircraft Maintenance experience as an aircraft mechanic including two years experience on aircraft types and equipment similar to the FedEx fleet.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you'll enjoy benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
