Job Summary

This role will oversee HR operations and ensure compliance with Hyatt International's standards. We are seeking a skilled professional to assist in making sure that Associate Facilities are maintained at the highest level.

About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for conducting interviews and coordinating recruitment activities with department heads. You will also co-ordinate all visas and immigration activities when necessary and monitor passports and immigration papers of foreign national associates.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Co-ordinate apartment accommodation for foreign nationals associates.
  2. Assist the Security Manager in locker and first aid box inspections.
  3. Conduct Employee Restaurant Committee Meetings on a periodic basis.
  4. Manage outsource associates particularly grooming to meet Hyatt Standard.
  5. Counsel associates in career prospects, personal issues, job related issues, grievance, discipline, etc.
  6. Communicate with labour offices and labour-law specialists and have a thorough understanding of the local labour law.
  7. Responsible for all leave administration.
  8. Organize various associate's activities.
  9. Have Orientation training on job related issues.
  10. Familiar with Hyatt International's HR related systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

What We Offer

A competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
