Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Black Utility Technician II to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our utility systems maintenance team, you will be responsible for implementing main utility equipment operation, running, maintenance, and overhauling according to SOP. You will also work on shift to perform preventive maintenance for utility equipment according to a preventive maintenance plan and be in charge of rush repair in emergency cases.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement main utility equipment operation, running, maintenance, and overhauling according to SOP.
  2. Work on shift to perform preventive maintenance for utility equipment according to a preventive maintenance plan and be in charge of rush repair in emergency cases.
  3. Check the utility equipment running status, fill out running records, report findings in a timely manner, and keep the equipment in good working condition.
  4. Perform continuous improvement for utility systems.
  5. Daily record and review energy consumption to ensure energy saving whenever possible.
  6. Perform utility equipment cleaning work.
  7. Responsible for supervising third-party suppliers working on utility maintenance work and projects, ensuring they perform work strictly following NN procedures and standards.
  8. Assist engineers for utility validation (cold storage, production area, QC lab).
Requirements
  1. Junior college major in electrical and automation, HVAC, mechanics, or other relevant fields.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in black utility systems maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting, or relevant.
  3. Knowledge in mechanical, pharmaceutical utilities, HVAC, electricity, and pharmaceutical relevant FMS&BMS systems.
  4. Good written ability to prepare requirements for BU maintenance work independently.
