Job Summary:
Gilead Sciences Shanghai Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Therapeutic Specialist I to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to healthcare professionals in a defined geographic area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to promote our products and services.
- Collect and analyze market data to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies, state, and federal laws.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the therapeutic area of antifungals or blood-related diseases.
- Excellent academic and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- BA or higher degree in a relevant field, preferably in medicine or a related field.
Working Conditions:
This role requires frequent travel to meet with healthcare professionals and attend industry events. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with key stakeholders.
