Sales Operations Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with Sales, Finance, and Factory teams to ensure timely and accurate booking and revenue execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure clean order acceptance and timely data entry.
  • Support Account Managers in providing clean quotes and communicating with customers to ensure on-time shipment.
  • Identify revenue risks and report in weekly revenue meetings.
  • Back up support to other Sales Operations team members.
  • Conduct purchase order reviews and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Maintain a highly organized approach to work, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree from a full-time university.
    • Over 3 years of sales support or order process experience at multinational corporations, preferably with equipment sales support experience.
    • Knowledge of International Trading regulations, Incoterms, and ERP systems.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT skills.
    • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying and resolving issues.
      • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

      • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
      • Work is generally performed in an office environment, with occasional travel to other locations.

      • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong focus on flexibility and adaptability.
