Digital Marketing Director for Customer Success

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our client services team as a Client Services Director. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data-driven marketing, agency experience, and a proven track record of driving business growth in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Relationship Management: Develop and nurture client relationships, creating data-driven success plans tailored to each client's critical success factors.
2. Strategic Advisory: Provide data-driven, strategic advice on channel expansion, MarTech optimization, and business growth to clients, partners, and marketing leaders.
3. Project Management: Oversee project plans, ensure timely task completion, and achievement of project milestones, while maintaining quality assurance and customer engagement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8+ years in digital marketing, specializing in customer experience, marketing automation, communications, digital customer data, social channels, and CRM.
- Deep understanding of data-driven marketing, agency experience, and strong knowledge in MAP, CDP, eCommerce, data, and analytics.
- Demonstrated growth within B2C clients across industries such as travel & hospitality, finance, retail, and FMCG.
- Strong ability to translate strategic business objectives into actionable plans, communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, and work independently in a multicultural and multi-agency environment.
