We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in the role of Senior Financial Services Specialist.

• Provide high-quality administrative services to clients in the Hong Kong MPF/Provident Fund space.
• Stay up-to-date on program, workflow, and product knowledge to apply independently in daily work.
• Process internal and external client requests and ensure they meet internal service standards and external compliance requirements.
• Identify and report common or infrequent fraud/error/irregular transactions and make follow-up recommendations.
• Build positive relationships with peers and promote teamwork.

• College degree or above.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Good English reading and writing skills.
• Able to arrange multiple daily tasks reasonably and deal with various problems in time.
• Flexibility in shift work.

Candidates with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band.

Candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
