Vocational Training Program Internship

SAP is a leading provider of enterprise software solutions, and we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Vocational Training Program Intern. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment, working on real-world projects and collaborating with experienced professionals.
Responsibilities- Analyze and resolve customer incidents by means of knowledge databases and verification of software customizing entries and hardware parameters.
- Report errors and identify possible resolution to development support.
- Provide consulting for customers on procedural issues and queries.
- Provide Mission Critical Support on weekend and evening shift as scheduled.
- Share knowledge within a global team.
- Create content for and maintain the technical knowledge databases.
- Create check tools and workarounds for customers' issues.
- Create supportability and analysis tools for customer use.
- Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, Engineering, Science or a related discipline is required.
- Will be graduated in 2026 (Is a Must).
