Job Title: Senior Game Product Manager, Gameplay

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Game Product Manager to join our team at Riot Games. As a key member of our gameplay team, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that drive player engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of player behavior and preferences to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement gameplay features that meet player needs and expectations.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision and goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps to ensure timely and effective delivery of features.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, designers, and product owners.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of professional experience in product management or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in the gaming industry, with a focus on gameplay development.
  • Strong understanding of game design principles and mechanics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with data analysis and interpretation.
  • Knowledge of game development tools and technologies.
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin.
