Postdoctoral Researcher in Gravitational Waves

We are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to join our team in the field of gravitational wave astronomy. The successful candidate will have a strong background in theoretical astrophysics and a keen interest in the detection and analysis of gravitational waves.
The research group is led by Dr. Huan Yang and focuses on the theoretical and computational aspects of gravitational wave astronomy. The postdoctoral researcher will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including the development of new algorithms for gravitational wave detection and the analysis of data from current and future gravitational wave observatories.
The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in astrophysics or a related field and a strong publication record. Experience with programming languages such as Python and C++ is highly desirable. The postdoctoral researcher will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to achieve research goals.
The position is available immediately and is initially for a period of two years, with the possibility of extension. The salary is internationally competitive and includes benefits such as travel support and access to state-of-the-art research facilities.
