Tax Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Consultant to join our team at Infertax Services. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in our growing tax team, working closely with other team members and reporting directly to the Operations Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and develop solutions to improve efficiency.
• Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Perform requirements analysis and document results.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide leadership, training, and guidance to junior staff.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Manage projects and develop project plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Advanced technical skills and excellent documentation skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
