About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced professional to work as a Clinical Monitoring Specialist, responsible for ensuring the integrity of clinical trials by monitoring study sites, verifying informed consent procedures, and reviewing source documents. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor study sites to ensure compliance with protocol guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Verify that informed consent procedures are followed and document accordingly.
  • Review source documents to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Travel may be required for site visits and meetings.
  • Prepare accurate and timely trip reports.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have at least one year of clinical monitoring experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. You must also possess:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a matrix environment.
  • Computer competency and proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • A valid driver's license.
