Job Overview
Pfizer is seeking a highly skilled Lead Statistician to join our Clinical Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing statistical expertise and leadership to support the development of new medicines.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a Ph.D. in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field and experience in clinical trials. They will possess strong statistical skills, with the ability to provide leadership to cross-functional teams at the protocol level.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and interpret clinical trials
- Provide statistical input to study designs, statistical analysis plans, interpretation of statistical results, project development plans, regulatory issues, and scientific and commercialization projects
- Develop effective collaborations with others internally and externally
- Ensure that all study and project-level statistical activities are conducted in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and Pfizer standards
- Communicate and collaborate with other project statisticians within the therapeutic area to ensure consistency of statistical approaches
What We Offer
Pfizer offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
